Makespace! is looking for an Associate Account Executive.

Makespace is hiring a full-time, on-site Associate Account Executives to help execute our clients' visions and grow their businesses through thoughtful, beautiful branding and web designs.
You'll learn to manage projects and a team of graphic designers, developers, creatives, copywriters, and branding specialists, and interact with Louisville's most amazing start-up, small, and regional-sized business owners and teams.
A Makespace Associate Account Executive is the hub of the Makespace account team primarily responsible for the internal management of the agency's business for their respective account team. The AAE must:
* Develop knowledge of agency systems
* Support (in any way) more senior account managers
* Develop ownership of proposals, estimates and billing
* Own specific research and strategy projects
* Summarize meetings and next steps through conference reports
* Demonstrate mastery of project management skills in creating, monitoring and tracking projects
After your initial training period, should be able to handle the following tasks with minimal to no supervision:
* Preparing a Scope of Work
* Writing up an estimate
* Preparing monthly billing for review by AM
* Monitoring project timelines
* Using billing systems to track projects and cost date (QVA)
* Demonstrate strong business writing skills and develops the ability to write the following documents with minimal to no edits by AM/SAM or AS
* Conference Reports, Status Reports, Research Summaries, Competitive analyses
You'll also need to be able to:
* Demonstrate understanding of client's business and constituencies
* Assists AM/AE in execution of tactics
* Be involved in the Creative Development Process
* Stay on top of the ongoing Production Process
