When River City Canoe & Kayak owner Doug Davis came to Makespace, his business assets consisted of a literal napkin drawing of a website, and a newly-signed lease for commercial space. We developed a logo, and a website that drove foot traffic to his retail canoe and kayak business. To expedite rapid growth of his business, because we knew RCCK would want the functionality eventually, we pre-plumbed the website so that when his logistics capability was in place, we could easily add modular e-Commerce functionality.
