Joe Yurt was a retired park employee with the Bernheim Forest, an avid reader and a dedicated naturalist. He wanted to create an educational resource website that would allow him to pass on his knowledge and passion for nature preservation to a new generation. We created a logo and a kid-friendly website for his non-profit organization, Children’s Nature Guide, including custom illustration creating Ari the Squirrel, a friendly character designed to guide kids through the website content. As part of our Beenevolent program, we donated 25% of the development cost on this project.
